Open to Swimmers 10 years and above
Workshop Content:

1. Swim Filming & Assessment

We will record your swim from multiple angles, both above and below the water.
​
2. Stroke Breakdown Analysis
-
A detailed breakdown of your swimming technique to pinpoint sources of drag and highlight the most impactful areas for improvement.

A copy of your stroke analysis will also be sent to you after the workshop.

3. Stroke Correction (In-Water Session)

Following the analysis, you will receive personalised coaching in the water to make the necessary adjustments for continued improvement in your stroke's efficiency.

Terms:
1. Booking is for a single session only and must be made before 8 Oct 2025. No Cancellation is allowed after booking is confirmed.

2. Workshop payment to be made via paypal.
​
3. In the event of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled.
