Developing Efficiency
In this second stage of Swimming Mastery, young swimmers build upon their foundational skills to develop greater strength and technique. The objective is to refine their form for maximum efficiency in the water, establishing a strong, personal swimming style they can carry for a lifetime. This stage moves beyond simply learning to swim; it's about acquiring the skill and efficiency to enjoy swimming for years to come.

Main Focus:

Swimming Elementary Butterfly Stroke.

Building of Intermediate swimming fitness. (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke & Butterfly)

Stroke Refinement through Advance Swim Drills

Ability to complete a swim distance of 500m

Ability to swim at a quicker pace over 100m. (Timed Swim for each stroke)
