The Masters  Fitness Program caters to swimmers of all levels. This low impact workout gets you in shape without any strain on bones and joints, and is an excellent way of building up muscle tone and improving cardiovascular endurance. You decide how competitive you want to be and, how often you want to come for training.


We have the speedsters in lane 4, the wannabees in lanes 2 & 3 and the gentle swimmers in lane 1.


Best of all, Masters love to socialize – great friendships are formed over after swimming coffee and social gatherings .

Mon, Wed, Fri & Sat (8.00am to 9.00am)

Tue & Thu (7.30pm to 8.30pm)

(Swimmers are welcome to attend any of the session)



$85.00 per month.

(If attendance for the month are less than 5 times)

$135.00 per month.

(If attendance for the month are 5 times or more)
