Key Responsibilities:
Senior Swim Teacher / Swim Coach

₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Full-time) | ₹300 – ₹500/hr (Part-time)
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Swim Teacher / Swim Coach to join our Mumbai team. You will deliver high-quality swimming instruction to students across various age groups at school campuses and our designated venues, assist in programme planning, and help maintain safety standards.
> Conduct swim lessons for children and adults at beginner to intermediate levels
> Assist the Head Coach in curriculum development and programme delivery
> Monitor student progress and provide regular assessments and feedback
> Ensure all safety protocols are followed during pool sessions
> Support junior coaches and provide on-the-job guidance
> Participate in parent-teacher interactions and progress reporting
> Maintain pool hygiene and equipment standards
Desired Candidate Profiles:
> Minimum 3 years of swim teaching or coaching experience
> Valid Lifeguard certification (mandatory)
> CPR / First Aid certification (mandatory)
> Swim teaching qualifications (ASA, RLSS, or equivalent preferred)
> Excellent communication skills and comfort working with children
> Patient, energetic, and safety-conscious attitude
