Lead Coach / Head Swim Teacher

₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Full-time) | ₹500 – ₹800/hr (Part-time)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Coach / Head Swim Teacher to lead our aquatics programme at our new Mumbai branch. You will oversee swim instruction at client school campuses and our designated venues, manage a team of coaches and teachers, design training curricula, and ensure the highest standards of water safety and coaching excellence.
> Lead and manage a team of swim teachers and coaches across multiple venues
> Design and implement age-appropriate swim curricula for beginners to advanced levels
> Conduct coaching sessions for competitive and recreational swimmers
> Oversee daily pool operations, safety protocols, and facility management
> Coordinate with client schools on scheduling, progress reports, and parent communications
> Mentor and evaluate junior and senior coaches
> Maintain certification compliance and conduct regular safety drills
Desired Candidate Profiles:
> Minimum 5 years of competitive swimming coaching experience
> Valid Lifeguard certification (mandatory)
> CPR / First Aid certification (mandatory)
> FINA, ASA, RLSS, or Swim England certification (or equivalent)
> Experience managing multi-site operations
> Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
> Specialized skills in competitive training, Recreational Competitive, Learn to Swim or Developmental Squad (preferred)
