Junior Swim Teacher / Assistant Coach

₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Full-time) | ₹150 – ₹300/hr (Part-time)
We are hiring enthusiastic Junior Swim Teachers and Assistant Coaches for our new Mumbai branch. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for certified swimmers who are passionate about teaching and want to build a career in aquatic sports. You will assist senior coaches, teach beginner classes, and ensure a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
> Assist senior coaches during swim lessons and training sessions
> Conduct beginner-level classes under supervision
> Help maintain pool safety and cleanliness standards
> Support student assessment and progress tracking
> Participate in safety drills and certification training
> Engage positively with children, parents, and school staff
Desired Candidate Profiles:
> Strong swimming ability with competitive or teaching background
> Lifeguard certification (mandatory or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
> CPR / First Aid certification (preferred)
> Freshers welcome — training will be provided
> Enthusiastic, reliable, and passionate about swimming
> Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
