Swimming Mastery 1
Strokes Building.
This is the first stage of Swimming Mastery, building directly upon the foundational skills acquired in the Learn-to-Swim phase. The primary objective is to transition swimmers from basic competency by building their cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Through structured swim drills and focused practice, swimmers will refine their technique and build the stamina required to swim efficiently over longer distances. This phase is the essential foundation for building true swimming endurance.

This foundational work focus on increasing their ability to swim in greater efficiency.
Main Focus:

Development of the Butterfly movement pattern and coordination.

Building of basic swimming fitness. (Freestyle, Backstroke & Breaststroke)

Training together as a group. (Training Etiquette)

Basic Survival Swimming Skills

Ability to complete a swim distance of 250m

Ability to swim at a given pace. (Timed Swim for each stroke)
